Bronchogen peptide: Metabolic / Longevity research guide
In short: Bronchogen (Ala-Glu-Asp-Leu / AEDL) is a synthetic tetrapeptide from the Khavinson short-peptide family, studied for gene expression and proliferation markers in bronchial epithelial cell cultures. It is studied in preclinical (cell and animal) research and is supplied strictly for laboratory use, not for human or clinical use.
Not medical advice. Bronchogen is a research compound. This guide does not provide dosing, diagnosis, therapy recommendations, or claims about effects in humans.

What Bronchogen is
Bronchogen (Ala-Glu-Asp-Leu, "AEDL") is a four-residue synthetic peptide from the Khavinson bioregulator family, studied for gene expression and proliferation markers in bronchial epithelial cell cultures.
One-paragraph overview from our research datasheet. Still scientific, but faster to read than the full mechanism list below.

Research contexts
Peer-reviewed papers discuss Bronchogen in specific lab settings. The points below reflect research questions, not health claims.
Research vs. personal use: Literature describes experiments in cells and animals. That is distinct from real-world use. Our products are for laboratory research only.
Typical study contexts
Why Metabolic / Longevity research matters
Researchers study these compounds for mitochondrial function and cellular energy stress. Ageing and metabolic disease models are common.
Mechanisms (technical review)
Our datasheet lists mechanistic themes from preclinical work. These are research endpoints, not health claims.

Common Questions People Are Asking
What is Bronchogen?
Bronchogen is the name used for the synthetic tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Leu (AEDL), developed in the Khavinson short-peptide programme and studied in bronchial epithelial cell cultures. It is supplied here as a laboratory research powder only.
Is the sequence AEDL or ADEL?
Most sources, including the patent and the PubChem compound record, give Ala-Glu-Asp-Leu (AEDL). A few papers from the same group print Ala-Asp-Glu-Leu. The composition, formula (C18H30N4O9) and average mass (446.46 Da) are identical either way. This page uses AEDL.
What does the research on Bronchogen show?
In cultured human bronchial epithelial cells it was reported to raise Ki67 and Mcl-1 and lower p53, with larger effects at late passage, and to change lung-lineage gene expression. A rat study reports changes in bronchial epithelium after nitrogen-dioxide exposure. All of it is preclinical and from one research network.
Is there a Certificate of Analysis for Bronchogen?
Not yet. No independent analytical report has been published for this material, so no purity figure is quoted.
Is there human data on Bronchogen?
No human study was found in the literature cited here. Bronchogen is sold strictly for in-vitro and preclinical research, not for human or veterinary use.
Is this page medical advice? Can I use Bronchogen for my health?
No, and no. This article is educational only. We do not provide dosing, medical recommendations, or health claims. Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research, not for personal use of any kind.
Where do I find Bronchogen specs, purity certificates and pricing?
Open the shop listing via “View product details.” There you will see concentration, purity grade, and available SKUs with current pricing. No current Certificate of Analysis is published for Bronchogen yet; published certificates are listed at /coa.
