Custom peptide pack FAQ
A custom peptide vial pack is one order assembled from individual research vials instead of a fixed 10-vial pack of a single compound. You choose each vial separately, mix compounds and strengths, repeat any compound as often as stock allows, and the pack is priced as one unit: 10% off the single-vial subtotal at 5 vials, 15% off at 10 or more.
How many vials do I need?
A custom pack needs at least 5 eligible single vials to qualify as a complete custom pack. Five vials receive 10% off, while ten or more receive 15% off. A valid sealed 10-vial pack can independently satisfy the checkout vial requirement.
How much is the custom pack discount?
The two tiers do not stack: a 10-vial custom pack receives 15%, not 25%. The discount applies to the vials in the pack, and the higher of the pack discount or any cart-wide discount applies — never both.
How is the custom pack price calculated?
Each vial is priced at its current single-vial price, and the pack discount comes off that single-vial subtotal: 10% at 5 to 9 vials, 15% at 10 or more. For example, five vials at $40 each make a $200 subtotal, a $20 pack discount and a $180 pack total. Prices, stock and the discount are confirmed by our server when the pack is added and again at checkout.
Can I mix different peptides and strengths in one pack?
Yes. Any combination of eligible single vials counts toward the pack — different compounds, different strengths of the same compound, or several vials of one strength.
Are standard 10-vial packs still available?
Yes. Standard sealed 10-vial packs remain available separately and follow their existing product pricing and checkout behaviour. The custom pack is an additional way to order, not a replacement for them.
Which products can go in a custom pack?
Every research compound we list in a single-vial format and can ship to your delivery country. Bacteriostatic water and other diluents are excluded — they are supplied alongside an order rather than counted as research vials.
Can I edit a custom pack after adding it to my cart?
Yes. Select Edit Pack in your cart to return to the builder, modify the composition, and save the updated pack. Saving replaces the existing pack rather than adding a second one, and prices, stock and the discount tier are all recalculated when you save.
